Denver Beer Co.
When you visit Colorado you might notice a theme. There is a brewery on almost every block of populated parts of the metro area. Not to say that there aren’t any breweries in the mountains, I just haven’t reviewed any! Coloradans are very boastful and proud of drinking local brews and will gladly inform you on which ones you should walk/bike/scooter/to.
Denver Beer Co. did not disappoint in the slightest when it came to an enticing food menu that would appease any out-of-town visitor or local. Several times we mentioned “I still can’t decide what I’m going to order” and eventually just vowed to share everything so we could order a variety.
We started our first round of brews after promptly being served the Green Chili Fries. These were AHHHmhazing. They also pair perfectly with my Tart Delight- a sour that tastes like fizzy salted margarita, definitely a favorite for me.
Picking an entre was the hardest decision. I saw several orders of the french toast go out to other tables and I was sold! I know, you probably wouldn’t want sour AND french toast, but I’m a big fan of salty and sweet together. My husband got the burger, the sample I tried was DELISH and tender. If wasn't persuaded by the french toast from the get-go, I would have ordered the burger. Our friend who was in town visiting from Tempe, ordered the chicken wings. We chuckled a little when we first saw the wings. They’re pretty small for most bars and restaurants, but for what they lacked in size, they made up for in flavor!
HIGHLY recommend this spot for the brews, food, and atmosphere!
