I created the beginner 28 day kick start for those who have been intimidated by running, those who have had start over multiple times, and for those who want to ease into running paired with walking. I use the walk/run method to establish a baseline and build confidence. As you progress into the guide you’ll be challenged by having to run longer and walk less. Within the guide there are 8 days suggested for strength training. I will provide 8 sessions on my blog that are runner specific. I want you to succeed!
