I created the beginner 28 day kick start for those who have been intimidated by running, those who have had start over multiple times, and for those who want to ease into running paired with walking. I use the walk/run method to establish a baseline and build confidence. As you progress into the guide you’ll be challenged by having to run longer and walk less. Within the guide there are 8 days suggested for strength training. I will provide 8 sessions on my blog that are runner specific. I want you to succeed!

Run Guide For Intermediate Runners

For those who have run base but need some structure!

Do you know you love running but could use structure or a variety of workouts?

This 28 Day Kickstart is for runners who have normally have a base but maybe have struggled to get motivated and need a plan. Also for runners who are bored with their current routine. I have provided quality sessions that include tempo runs, hills, and interval training. On quality days I suggest adding strength work. Keep hard days hard and easy days easy! I will provide 8 strength workouts to aid in injury prevention but also for speed gains.
